If you have received a letter from us to advise of your eligibility for a payment, please use the Claim Reference from the letter, along with either your Meter Point Administrator Number (MPAN) or Meter Serial Number (MSN) to initiate the claim. Your MPAN can be found on your electricity bill. Your MSN can be found on your electricity meter.

i Your Claim Reference can be found on the letter sent by us

Supply either a Meter Point Administrator Number (MPAN) or a Meter Serial Number (MSN).

i Your Meter Point Administrator Number (MPAN) can be found on your electricity bill typically top left or bottom right. Your MPAN will start with "27" or "24".
i The MSN is a combination of characters and can be found on the electricity meter. On standard meters the MSN is usually printed above or below the barcode and is between 9 and 12 digits long.
